You will not be required to register with us to browse our website. However, if you are a venue operator wishing to list your venue on our website you will, therefore, be required to create a jamaicavenues account to do so.
This clause indemnifies all jamaicavenues.com directors, employees and contracted agents from all liabilities resulting from any disagreement arising between venue operators and users of this website; as a result of the use of a venue.
Termination and Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delete any account in violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event, your account is terminated, and your financial standing shows a balance owing, you are liable for all amounts due to our company. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without any notice to you at our discretion. It is the sole responsibility of the users of our website both end users and venue operators to verify the identity of anyone with whom they wish to conduct business. You agree to indemnify us from all liabilities that may occur.
Communication on our website
End users and Venue operators may communicate through email via our website by filling out a contact form regarding requests, listings or bookings. While having direct email contact with the other party it is highly recommended that you do not use this medium initiated by our website to conduct unsolicited commercial activities.
Editing of Information Submitted
End users and venue operators will not have direct access to their profiles to make any changes needed. Should the need arise to change, add or remove any information submitted to us, the user is advised to contact us to request this action.
